Matthew has over 15 years of experience within various aspects of online media, business management and IT industries. Beginning with lighting and sound engineering early on in his career, Matthew has continually demonstrated drive and professionalism, gaining new experiences and techniques along the way.

 

At the onset of his career, Matthew worked throughout various areas of broadcast journalism fulfilling positions within the video engineering, audio engineering and videography specialties. Following college, Matthew became an Audio/Visual Technician for a fortune 100 company, providing enterprise-wide Audio/Visual support for meetings, events and conferences as well as providing technical consultation and training to clients and executives. In addition to these responsibilities, Matthew spent time working through various complex desktop support troubleshooting issues and developing several business applications using VBA, ASP, and VBScript programming languages.

 

Joining the United States Air Force Reserve in 2005, Matthew continued to excel as a citizen airman in the field of Logistics Management. Throughout his military career, Matthew has had the opportunity to gain professional experience in the areas of desktop support, server administration and user account management for networks and applications throughout the Department of Defense.

 

In 2003, Matthew branched out on his own and launched Emphatic Radio.com, an Internet radio station broadcasting for seven years to thousands of listeners all over the world. In 2009, Matthew took his entrepreneurial spirit, professional drive and dedication to the next level when he started InSync Business Technologies, LLC; a company dedicated at providing quality IT solutions and consultation services to small businesses everywhere.

 

Matthew is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree concentration in Business Administration. In addition, Matthew has earned an Associate’s degree in Business Management & Transportation Management from the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate’s degree in Audio Production from the New England Institute of Art.
