If you have more than one site, please complete one questionnaire per location.
All questionnaires can be uploaded at the same time when submitting your request.


In some cases, you will be able to utilize your existing phones depending on their compatibility for Voice-Over-IP (VoIP). Please take a look at the Bring-Your-Own-Phone (BYOP) Datasheet for an overview of the technical skills required to use your existing phones and the Unite Product Brochure, which will provide a list of BYOP currently known to be supportable with the Intermedia Unite platform.

In most cases, existing phone numbers can be ported over to Intermedia’s Unite platform. However, this will need to be confirmed during the on-boarding process, at which point you will be informed if your phone numbers can be transferred/ported over.

Unfortunately, no. At this time, the Intermedia Unite service is only available to businesses within the United States. However, businesses that have Intermedia Unite service can place calls internationally.

Unfortunately, no. Due to federal regulations, all Intermedia Unite phone numbers must tie back to a physical address confirmed by the United States Postal Service. This is to ensure that E911 services can properly report your physical address in the event of an emergency.

Not at all! The benefit of Intermedia Unite is that you can have pre-configured phones delivered to your home or business that simply need to be connected to your home or office computer network. Once online, the phones will operate as apart of your Intermedia Unite phone system without any additional configuration required.


Please note: The initial configuration of your Intermedia Unite services will be performed by us, so there is no need to worry if you are unfamiliar with the technical aspects of configuring a VoIP phone system.

Not at all! If you will be entirely a mobile app/softphone user, no physical phone is required. Simply download the required apps once your service is activated and you’ll be off and running.

Once your account has been established, all voice service support will be handled through Intermedia’s world-class customer support team. Intermedia’s customer support team is available via phone or support ticket 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
